At the moment my brain is kinda of like a cloud. Out of control & scattered?My question is how do I compress this huge way of thinking into a solid sphere. My mind only keeps getting enhanced in the daily stuff I do because I take everything as a competition. I cant seem to finish my sentences because I studder at times. Its not a studdering problem I just realize that my mind is not at on an even place with my vocal reaction time. An example would be “I have capitalism class in the morning.” I would slur it and instead I would say “I have calssitalism in th-” I wouldn’t finish the sentence knowing I mispronounced. These past couple days I have been able to remember my dreams so clearly that in my dream I actually believe its real to the point where I’m actually in my bedroom looking out of my curtain & seeing what was”The end of the world.” At times I’ll get up & through the day I’ll remember my dreams but sometimes theres a kickstart. If something happens during my day that has something to do with one of my dreams I just get flooded with all my dreams & enjoy it to be quiet honest. So basically to clarify my question….

How does one compress the mind to think more solidily

*When I’m bored I do multiplication like 78×63. I dont use paper

P.s. I refuse to revise what I’m about to say in my head because I see it as a waste of time. There is certain situations of course but in normal daily life, there is no need

Is it okay to take Vitamin E supplements without asking a doctor?I’m a 16 year old girl and heard that Vitamin E helps the skin, hair, and nails so I bought some supplements from CVS. My mom said that it’s alright because it’s just a vitamin, but I searched online and it said that it’s a fat-soluble vitamin which means it doesn’t flush away when you pee like other vitamins do. Is it possible I could overdose on it?

I’m only taking the recommended amount which is one pill a night, so I think it’s okay. I’m not an adult yet though so I don’t know if that matters. I don’t want to bother asking my doctor though. So is it alright for me to take the supplement daily? I don’t take any multivitamins btw.

Vitamin E is POSSIBLY UNSAFE if taken in high doses. If you have a condition such as heart disease or diabetes, don’t take doses of 400 IU/day or more. Some research suggests that high doses might increase the chance of death and possibly cause other serious side effects. The higher the dose, the greater the risk of serious side effects.

There is some concern that vitamin E might increase the chance of having a serious stroke called hemorrhagic stroke, which is bleeding into the brain. Vitamin Supplements for TTC couples?I recently had a checkup to make sure everything was ok before we TTC. The doctor mentioned that Folic Acid was important to take when TTC and for the health of the baby which i knew about but i’ve never heard from waht i read online that we should also take Fish Oil vitamins? Has anyone been told they should take fish oil vitamins when ttc by their doctor? Thank you.
